XP ("we", "our", or "us") is a gamification application for Whop communities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

We collect information that you provide directly or that is provided through Whop:

  • Account Information: Your Whop user ID, username, and profile picture
  • Activity Data: Actions you take within Whop communities (posts, comments, reactions, course completions) to calculate XP
  • Engagement Metrics: Streak data, level progression, and leaderboard rankings
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your payment details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Calculate and display your XP, levels, streaks, and leaderboard rankings
  • Provide gamification features to community owners
  • Display analytics and insights to community administrators
  • Process subscription payments
  • Improve and optimize our services
  • Communicate with you about your account or our services

4. Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Community Owners: Administrators can view member XP, levels, streaks, and activity within their community
  • Other Members: Your username, level badge, and leaderboard position are visible to other community members
  • Service Providers: Whop (platform), Stripe (payments), and infrastructure providers
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When a community owner uninstalls XP, member data for that community is deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion of your data by contacting support.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We use HTTPS encryption, secure database storage, and follow industry best practices.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data

8. Third-Party Services

XP operates within the Whop platform and is subject to Whop's Privacy Policy. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their Privacy Policy.

9. Children's Privacy

XP is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
